Megan DeJohn Roche is a senior manager with Public Impact®, focused primarily on Opportunity Culture® technical design and teamwide learning and development. Before joining the team, Roche served as a grade 6 educator through Teach for America Hawaii and created and facilitated programming with HawaiiKidsCAN to engage students in advocacy and policy work. Roche has a master’s in adult and continuing professional education from North Carolina State University. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A. in elementary education and English.
