Selection Process
Thank you for your interest in Public Impact! We look forward to reviewing your application and getting to know you. Our multi-step screening process typically includes:
- submitting initial application materials,
- an asynchronous performance task (dependent upon the role), and
- an interview day that will include a behavioral event interview, in which you share a story about a time you did something well in your previous work or educational/extracurricular experience, as well as the opportunity to connect with other Public Impact members in a similar role.

Great candidates have a strong achievement drive and demonstrated leadership or leadership potential, and are great team players. Additionally, we look for candidates who are flexible, display humility, and who are strong communicators/influencers.
