The Public Impact® mission is to improve education dramatically for all students, especially students whose needs have not yet been well met.
We believe that if we focus on a core set of promising strategies for change, we and our partners and clients can make dramatic improvements for all students. Toward that end, we work on initiatives to:
Extend the reach of excellent teaching to all students, through developing, retaining, and expanding the impact of great teachers and leaders vital to operating great schools;
Conduct research and data analysis to shed light on how to meet education’s big challenges;
Generate new solutions for a wide range of pre-K–12 public education policy and management issues.
Our clients include innovative school systems; education nonprofits; federal, state, and local policymakers; foundations; and other forward-thinking education leaders.
