I believe that all children deserve to have a high-quality educational experience. For this to happen, they must be led by excellent teachers on a consistent basis. As a former teacher, I was unable to be the best teacher I could be because I did not have access to the support and resources I needed. I am proud to work for an organization that recognizes this need and strives to improve these conditions dramatically for teachers and students.”
