Ms. Hill is a consultant with Public Impact, focused on leading Opportunity Culture school design and implementation support teams in schools. She previously spent 14 years as an educator with Durham Public Schools, teaching middle and high school social studies, and serving as a lead teacher and instructional coach for five years. She was a 2019–20 Kenan Fellow for Teacher Leadership through North Carolina State University, a mentor teacher for Student U Durham, and a Teach For America Corps member. Ms. Hill holds a B.A. in political science from Spelman College and an M.Ed. in new literacies and global learning from North Carolina State University.
