Rachel Chall is a senior consultant at Public Impact®, focused primarily on assisting districts and schools in implementing Opportunity Culture® models, which extend the reach of excellent teachers and their teams. Before joining the team, Chall served as an instructional leadership coach with Teach For America Detroit, where she coached early-career educators toward achieving ambitious outcomes for students in classrooms across the city. Prior to her work at Teach For America, Chall was a high school social studies teacher for five years as a TFA Detroit corps member. Chall has an M.A. in teaching and curriculum with a specialization in literacy, and a B.A. in history and secondary education from Michigan State University, from which she graduated with highest honors.
