Meghan Neanover

Consultant

Meghan Neanover is a consultant at Public Impact, focused primarily on assisting schools and districts with Opportunity Culture design and implementation to extend the reach of excellent teachers and their teams. Neanover began her career as a 2012 Teach For America corps member in North Carolina, teaching high school science. She served as a STEM coordinator and science instructional coach, designing individualized and group professional learning for educators to improve outcomes for students. She then served as a director of community impact and strategy with Teach For America, coaching leadership coaches in their work with early-career teachers in Fort Worth, Texas. She holds a B.A. in biology from Hood College in Frederick, Maryland.
