Meghan Neanover
Senior Consultant
Meghan Neanover is a senior consultant at Public Impact®, focused primarily on assisting schools and districts with Opportunity Culture® design and implementation to extend the reach of excellent teachers and their teams. Neanover began her career as a 2012 Teach For America corps member in North Carolina, teaching high school science. She served as a STEM coordinator and science instructional coach, designing individualized and group professional learning for educators to improve outcomes for students. She then served as a director of community impact and strategy with Teach For America, coaching leadership coaches in their work with early-career teachers in Fort Worth, Texas. She holds a B.A. in biology from Hood College in Frederick, Maryland.
