Meghan Harris

Senior Consultant

Meghan Harris is a senior consultant with Public Impact®, focused primarily on assisting schools and districts with Opportunity Culture® design and implementation to extend the reach of excellent teachers and their teams. As a graduate of Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, she was excited to serve as an educator in the district, where she most recently worked in a Multi-Classroom Leader role™, supporting her teaching teams in exceeding expected student learning growth by state standards. Her other educational experience includes serving as an elementary classroom teacher, a literacy facilitator, and an assistant principal, and as a virtual coach for BetterLesson supporting educators on instructional strategies and measuring their results. Harris holds an M.A.Ed. in special education from East Carolina University and a B.A. in elementary education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She also holds North Carolina school administration certification from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte through her work as a fellow of the Aspiring High School Principals cohort.
