My passion for educational equity for all students began when I was a student in elementary school, and I made it my mission to improve academic achievement for all students when I started my career. Implementing Opportunity Culture roles filled my heart with so much joy when we saw the impact it had on students and teachers. Working with this team has allowed me to extend my passion to more districts around the country and have an impact on a larger scale of students and teachers. I am honored to be part of such a passionate community.”
