Linnie Kazer is an associate consultant with Public Impact, primarily focused on assisting schools and districts with Opportunity Culture design and implementation to extend the reach of excellent teachers and their teams. Before joining Public Impact, Kazer was a first-grade teacher with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools and National Heritage Academies charter schools, where she led a team of virtual teachers to deliver equitable instruction during the Covid pandemic. Kazer serves as a volunteer guardian ad litem in North Carolina, where she acts as a child advocate in court for children in abuse and neglect cases. Kazer holds a B.S. in urban education and early childhood education from Miami University of Ohio.
