As a classroom teacher for 11 years, I have felt the daily challenge of working inside an inequitable system. Highly effective educators have a wealth of knowledge and are one of the greatest underutilized resources within the school system. I came here to help create sustainable structures and environments where teachers are valued through support and compensation for their work.”
