Erica Gregory
Senior Consultant
Erica Gregory is a senior consultant at Public Impact®, focused primarily on coaching school and district leaders to enhance the impact of their Opportunity Culture® implementation. Before joining the team, Gregory worked in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, beginning as a first-grade teacher followed by other roles including K-6 math facilitator, MTSS and Title I coordinator, professional development facilitator, and principal designee. Gregory holds a B.A. in elementary education from the University of South Carolina, a master’s in curriculum and instruction from Winthrop University, and a master’s in educational leadership from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Erica is dedicated to helping educators become their best selves, fostering a passion for learning in every student. Ultimately, her goal is to nurture scholars who evolve into global leaders, transcending socioeconomic status, gender, or ethnicity.
