Emily Breeden is a senior IT and facilities specialist at Public Impact, supporting daily operations with a focus on IT systems management and building use. Before joining Public Impact, Breeden worked as a software developer in Portland, Oregon, while studying computer science at Reed College, and worked as a freelance network consultant after achieving a CompTIA A+ certification. They also previously taught at a nonprofit preschool and contributed to charity hackathons such as Code for Good.
