I believe that all students deserve access to consistently excellent teaching, and I believe that teachers should be well compensated for their work. With Opportunity Culture models, schools and districts can extend the reach of excellent teachers to all students, empowering teachers to take on leadership roles while earning more. I am deeply committed to this work and hope to see it expand across the nation.”
