Vice President, Talent

Cassie Lutterloh is the vice president for talent at Public Impact®. She supports our mission by managing the recruitment, selection, and support for all staff members. Prior to her talent role, Lutterloh was an Opportunity Culture® consultant and consulting manager for five years, supporting districts and schools to create teacher-leader roles that increase student access to excellent teachers. She worked with Baltimore City Public Schools, Indianapolis Public Schools, and districts supported by the office of the Maricopa County (Arizona) School Superintendent on their Opportunity Culture® design and implementation. Before joining the team, Lutterloh worked for the Eastern North Carolina region of Teach For America planning events for teachers, community partners, and alumni. She began her career in education as a fourth-grade teacher in Dallas, Texas. She holds a B.S. in journalism and a B.A. in art history from the University of Kansas, and a master’s degree in public policy from Duke University.
