Senior Consultant
Rachel Chall is a senior consultant at Public Impact, focused primarily on assisting districts and schools in implementing Opportunity Culture models, which extend the reach of excellent teachers and their teams. Before joining Public Impact, Chall served as an instructional leadership coach with Teach For America Detroit, where she coached early-career educators toward achieving ambitious outcomes for students in classrooms across the city. Prior to her work at Teach For America, Chall was a high school social studies teacher for five years as a TFA Detroit corps member. Chall has an M.A. in teaching and curriculum with a specialization in literacy, and a B.A. in history and secondary education from Michigan State University, from which she graduated with highest honors.
