I believe the single greatest predictor of student achievement is access to excellent instruction. There is so much room in education for experimentation and innovation, but it all ultimately comes down to the interactions between students and teachers. I want all teachers to have opportunities to develop, and I want great teachers to feel they can continue to grow without leaving the classroom. The Opportunity Culture initiative helps make that a reality.”
