Imir Paz is a consultant at Public Impact®, where he partners with schools and districts to design and implement Opportunity Culture® models that extend the reach of excellent teachers and strengthen instructional teams. Before joining Public Impact, Paz was certified to coach kindergarten teachers and served as both a small-group and one-on-one instructional coach across the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia region, supporting educators in strengthening classroom practice and student learning. He also brings experience in account and project management from his work managing real estate brokerages and advancing energy-efficiency initiatives across the District of Columbia. Paz holds a B.S. in economics from Guilford College.
