Hans Grohs
Associate Consultant
Mr. Grohs is an associate consultant with Public Impact, focused primarily on assisting districts and schools in implementing Opportunity Culture models to extend the reach of excellent teachers and their teams to more students. Before joining Public Impact, Mr. Grohs served as a first-grade bilingual teacher and team lead at a Title I school in Houston, Texas, through Teach For America. While in Houston, he also served as a Summer Policy & Advocacy Fellow with Leadership for Educational Equity, focused on driving transparency on school district reopening plans during Covid-19. He holds a bachelor’s degree with distinction in economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and is studying for a master’s degree in education focused on educational innovation at the University of Virginia.
