Deborah Dowdy is a consultant at Public Impact®, focused primarily on assisting schools and districts with Opportunity Culture® design and implementation to extend the reach of excellent teachers and their teams. Before joining the team, Dowdy served as a director and leadership coach at Teach For America North Carolina, which included introducing a data-driven approach to leadership coaching and program design. She previously worked as a high school science teacher, and she serves on the board of People’s Private Learning. Goddard holds a B.S. in biology from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
