Consultant
Claire Renaud is a consultant with Public Impact, focused primarily on leading districts and schools in designing and implementing Opportunity Culture models, which extend the reach of excellent teachers and their teams. She leads our work with Nash County Public Schools and with nine districts across Arkansas who have designed and are now implementing Opportunity Culture. Before joining Public Impact, Renaud was an elementary educator at a public charter school in Washington, D.C. She served as the lead literacy teacher, creating a system of data-driven instruction that resulted in dramatic literacy academic growth. She holds an Ed.M. in education policy and management from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, an M.S. in elementary education from Johns Hopkins University, and a B.B.A. in finance from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business.
