RENEE COLEMAN is the strategy and talent lead at Public Impact, supporting the firm’s executive and management teams. She coordinates the performance management cycle and offers support on talent and human resource improvements through recruiting, hiring, and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. Ms. Coleman also assists with grant reporting, event organizing, and supporting the firm’s co-presidents with special projects. Additionally, she conducts project work for the Opportunity Culture implementation team and the consulting team. Ms. Coleman graduated as a Buckley Public Service Scholar from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor of arts in education.
