REEM AHMED is an associate consultant with Public Impact, focused primarily on leading schools in designing and implementing Opportunity Culture models to extend the reach of excellent teachers and their teams to more students. Before joining Public Impact, Ms. Ahmed served as a college adviser in Guilford County, North Carolina, as a member of the Carolina College Advising Corps. There, she worked to increase college enrollment by supporting first-generation, low-income, and underrepresented students in navigating the college admissions and financial aid processes. Ms. Ahmed graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.A in psychology.
