MARGARET HIGH is a writer for Public Impact. Her work spans the focus areas of Public Impact through case studies, publications, blog posts, and other materials. Her previous experience includes internships with The News Reporter, Wilmington Star-News, Born & Bred magazine, GoHeels.com, and Argyle Report. Ms. High holds a B.A. in media and journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was a Roger Soles Scholar and a Stembler Scholar. She received the Eugene L. Roberts Award, which allowed her to travel in 2019 to Lilongwe, Malawi, and report on HIV research in the country. Ms. High was also a member of the women’s Division I varsity rowing team, where she served as captain for the 2018–19 season.
