HIRA JAVED is a systems support associate at Public Impact. She supports internal office functions by leading, implementing, and maintaining the firm’s databases and office systems. Prior to joining Public Impact, Ms. Javed worked as a program assistant at the Career and Leadership Center at the Kenan-Flagler Business School of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, in which she assisted students pursuing an MBA with career development. She has also served as a residence counselor and mentor for Project Uplift, mentoring and advising underrepresented high school students in their college search and transition process. Ms. Javed graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a B.S. in interpersonal and organizational communications and a B.A. in political science, and an interdisciplinary minor in politics, philosophy, and economics.
