Before joining Public Impact, Ms. Lutterloh worked for the Eastern North Carolina region of Teach For America planning events for teachers, community partners, and alumni. She began her career in education as a fourth-grade teacher in Dallas, Texas. Why I Do This Work: “I do this work because I truly believe that it makes a difference in the lives of students. One great teacher can make a huge impact on a student’s future and what they see as possible for themselves, so knowing that our work helps more students get to learn from amazing teachers is my motivation for helping to grow and support our team.”
Example Projects: Ms. Lutterloh’s recent work includes leading Opportunity Culture design and implementation in Baltimore City Public Schools. She has done similar work with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, Indianapolis Public Schools, and districts supported by the Office of the Maricopa County School Superintendent in the Phoenix, Arizona, area.
